• Standard Greeting – Plays whenever the caller is sent into your main number or extension 
• Unavailable Greeting – Plays whenever the Call Forwarding Option can not connect to you. Such as when you reject the call, when you are already on the phone and TeleCenter can not connect or when you have the Do Not Disturb feature turned on.
