It's important when you are picking a conference call provider, that they provide

an affordable and quality service. Often times many conference call providers make the mistake
of offering low prices, but less then par in terms of their quality of service.

When we talk about quality of service, we talk about dedicated rooms, lines, spots reserved, etc.
One common issue when paying for a low cost provider is your room is not booked when you need it.
The company may call it 'reservationless,' but this is often not the truth unless you
have a dedicated room to host your conference calls in. If you do not you still need to book
a room in advance, which means the service is no longer 'reservationless.'

Another common problem is not having enough spaces for all your room guests. It's frustrating
when someone is trying to join the room and they can't because there isn't enough space booked.
Make sure you have enough room if surprise guests need to join in. Often in a large company
setting, guests can come in anyways because they need to hear the same information
and add their two cents.
