Blackberry Conference Calling
Using a blackberry to conference call is a simple task. With the new OS from RIM, most blackberries now have the ability to conference call right out of the box. Below we have put together the instructions you need to do this:
If you want to conference 2 people onto the same line, simply make a call, then place the first call on hold (make sure to tell them first).
With the first caller on hold, press the menu button and look for 'new call.' Put in the number you like. Once the second caller answers, let them know you're conferencing them.
Hit the menu button and conference.
That's it! Now you have a three way conference. Most phone providers provide the 3 way conferencing service free of charge with your plan, but you may want to check with them first. If the service dosen't work, then it's likely you need something added to your account.
